well. It was tome to upgrade my knives from entry level Henckels. Pairing knife is built well with a good blade and easy to hold.

Great knife, many uses!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never owned a pairing knife, always just used a Santoku or chef knife for anything. Now I will always have a pairing knife. This one is nice and sharpe and very well constructed.

Every chef’s dream knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having hard time chopping veggies until I bought this one! Best decision! It is so sharp that my husband felt scared to chop anymore. I am now going to order more knife of different sizes.
