Great knife, many uses!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never owned a pairing knife, always just used a Santoku or chef knife for anything. Now I will always have a pairing knife. This one is nice and sharpe and very well constructed.

well. It was tome to upgrade my knives from entry level Henckels. Pairing knife is built well with a good blade and easy to hold.
