We received our knives in a timely manner. We've only had them for a month or so, but so far, they are sharp and do the jobs I wanted them for. The paring knife gets used the most, by my husband when he is making up our nightly salad. They seem to be keeping their sharp edge as I had hoped. We are happy with our purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the knife is not serrated. I can keep it sharp. The blade is thin, which is very good. Strong feeling tang and blade, it is not stamped-out sheet stainless. I haven't had it long enough to tell if the steel is hard, and not basic stainless. Henkels had a good name for the steel in their knives. I don't like the low-density plastic in the handle. Other professional knives use a more dense plastic, which gives better balance. I had to take the sandpaper to the handle to radius down the abrupt edges. It seemed kind of unfinished. The light plastic makes it feel like it's probably not a really professional knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first set of Henckels cutlery 23 years ago. The tip on my paring knife came off so of course I purchased another one. It did not disappoint. Fits easily in your hand and chopping is so easy and quick. Top notch product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this knife for the past 5 years and finally somehow lost it, so I just ordered two more. I like the feel, the size, and the blade. Super handy useful little knife.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well balanced and sharp forged paring knife. Knocked off one star because the edge of one side of the bolster is a bit sharp. Other side seems more polished for a smoother edge.
