I have to admit I have several paring knives to chose from but this little guy is always my go to.
I like the narrow blade and 4" length. Fits well in my hand and is easy to keep sharp.

This is such a great knife, perfect for so many tasks from apples and oranges to slicing cheese or small meats. It has that great three rivet handle that is so comfortable as well as durable. Forged and made of German steel means it will last a lifetime.

A great 4" knife that takes care of all those small jobs in the kitchen. I got this one a few months ago and want to keep a few on hand for gifts. I use it daily and is my go-to for paring, cutting and some slicing.

Great Size and Sharp

This little pairing knife feels perfect in your hand. It's not too small for a larger apple or yet is small enough to feel comfortable peeling a potato. The blade is sharp and the forged bolster gives it a comfortable grip and weight.

Great Value Paring Knife

This is a great value for a pairing knife. It is sharp, it holds its' edge very well. It has a three riveted handle and fits well in your hand. Would highly recommend this for a value pairing knife.
