[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this knife is very handy. But I dislike that it don’t have a sharpener for purchase with it.

This is a very solid paring knife. The 4” is the perfect size for anything I need to use a paring knife on. It’s also very well weighted, which helps balance out the blade as you use it.

One of the many knives found in the Henckel Classic set we have at the mountain cabin. Reach for this parer multiple times when preparing a meal. German steel and forged construction make for a sturdy knife.

Great paring knife

This little parer is great to have. I don’t use this type of blade much, so I didn’t need a blade that was pricey. You can feel that this is a really durable German stainless steel blade, and it really does a nice job peeling any fruits or potatoes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love this paring knife!! So glad to have the 4" blade. The handle is comfortable and classic looking. very sharp, good balance. Not too thin!! feels substantial in your hand. I use this knife multiple times a day! It seems to be the one I go to!
