I bought this knife as a replacement to another that was lost. It matches perfectly to the set I have and is sooooo sharp! It's the best pairing knife, I love it!

Perfect knife for daily use

I absolutely love this paring knife. Having used many cheaper knives, I really appreciate the quality of Henckels. The knife is sharp, nicely weighted (neither too heavy nor too light), and easy to use. Highly recommend.

I own a whole set of Zwilling. When the handle on the first pairing knife was damaged (handle melted when hubs set it on a hot burner), he immediately said, get another one! I love how it feels in my small hand and is easily sharpened.

The knife is fine, but what happened to my vacuum storage set? I got an email from you a few days ago saying there was a delay and you were looking into it, and that I shouldn't ask any more questions because there wouldn't be any more answers, and then silence.
