Henckels 4” pairing knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We liked our old one so much we wore it out. For Christmas I bought a new one to put in my husband’s stocking & coincidentally he put one in my stocking so now we have two!

The One Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Henckels’ knives in the past and they have provided great service. This new paring knife was very sharp right out of the package. It sliced apples, potatoes, carrots, celery, with no problem it then sliced some Roma tomatoes with ease. I would recommend this little paring knife to anyone interested in a quality piece of cutlery for their kitchen.

Super sharp blade, comfortable handle. All of the knives in my knife block are from the Henckels Classic line. This one was purchased to replace suddenly-went-missing 30 year old predecessor. Not because they all have to match, but because they are well performing, good looking blades.
