Stays sharp, nice feel

I added another paring knife to my set, and am very pleased at the quality and feel of this knife. You can’t go wrong with Henckels knives. I’ve been using it daily for several months now and it’s as sharp as it was on day 1.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my first set of Henckels knives over 15 years ago as a gift. They have maintained their sharpness and I decided to gift my granddaughter 2 of my favorite knives...the 4” paring and 8” chefs knife...to take with her to college.
