We received our knives in a timely manner. We've only had them for a month or so, but so far, they are sharp and do the jobs I wanted them for. The paring knife gets used the most, by my husband when he is making up our nightly salad. They seem to be keeping their sharp edge as I had hoped. We are happy with our purchase.

I’ve had other Henckels knives for years and love how well balanced they are and the way they hold their edge. I’m sure this knife will be no different and will daily use as well.
