I have collected Staub for years. As I have gotten older l am more concerned about weight. The wide oval gives more cooking surface and better weight distribution for this 75 year old cook!

I love it, I have several of the Staub pieces in the dark blue and every one of them is exceptional pieces. This one perfect for roasting chicken, pork loins, or a beef roast. Size and shape make it the perfect go to for larger items.
