This pan is sooooo nice! I’m used to using cheaper non stick or steel pans, and the difference here is astounding; so worth the price and so glad I snagged a discount. The no interior rivets is so nice and this pan is a breeze to use and clean. My girlfriend says “I feel like I’ve been cheating on this pan my whole life until now.” We both love it so much!

I’m moving away from the non-stick coating pans (fed up with replacing them every few years as they start to flake) and looked to Americas Test Kitchen. These pans were an honorable mention and what sold me was no rivets at the handles to capture baked-on food. The oil doesn’t pool around the edges because the pans do not warp. I still haven’t mastered the art of not getting the food to stick, but I’ll get there.
