This forged utility knife is the perfect size for basically any job. It's a great knife to learn on when you aren't comfortable with a larger chef's knife because it can do all the cutting, chopping and slicing just as well. German stainless steel means it will hold up and retain it's sharp edge use after use.

This is an amazing little utility knife. Perfect for any of those prep tasks in between small and large foods, this utility knife is so versatile. The handle and blade are perfectly weighted and balanced, making for comfort, control and ease of use.

This is a knife that you will reach for and use often. It's light, sharp and feels solid in your hand. The contour in the handle makes it super comfortable.
I like using this size and shape knife for my eggplant and other long, somewhat soft veggies! It's perfect for those jobs.
