Sharp & Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife is razor sharp right out of the box. First cut was through a 2” thick cut of beef and it was like cutting butter.

Hands Down the Best

As a professional chef, I own several lines of the Miyabi knives. This birchwood utility is a work of art among art. Photos do no justice for how this wood looks in person. Very light and balanced. When trimming whole beef tenderloin, the blade slices effortlessly. When you work with this knife, you can feel and see the level of expertise that goes into making this knife and know without a doubt this was crafted by passionate hands.

The most beautiful utility knife! The beautiful birchwood handle is so comfortable but you must make sure it never gets too wet! The unique Damascus blade promises long-lasting sharpness living up to what Miyabi is known for.

This work of art is lightweight. The rounded handle is unlike any other I have ever handled. The one of a kind damascus design is stunning and the Japanese steel is razor sharp. Great companion to my Birchwood chef knife.

Amazing Utility knife

This is a beautiful knife and definitely an utility knife to splurge on. With 101 layers of steel and additional ice hardening, the blade on this knife slices, peels like no other utility/paring knife. The Birchwood handle fits nicely in hand, and it’s the perfect little knife that you need in your kitchen.

This utility knife is one of the sharpest in the Miyabi Family. It's made with a core of SG2 steel (top of the line) and surrounded with 100 layers of additional steel for added durability. It is crazy sharp. Worth every penny.

Beautiful 101 layer damascus Japanese crafted blade and birchwood handle. Blade profile ideal for tasks like hulling strawberries or dicing shallots. Sharpness beyond compare.
