Very good quality serrated edge bread knife. Nothing beats a serrated edge for slicing through crusty breads, thick sandwiches or ripe tomatoes. The serration grip the skin and glide through the tender interiors so you get beautiful slices.
Serrated knives will stay sharp for years to come. No extra maintenance necessary. Silvercap knives are stamped from high quality German steel; a stainless steel that won’t stain, and doesn’t require special care to clean. Just use, wash, dry and repeat. The full tang construction, meaning that there is a single piece of steel from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, is stable and durable. These are good quality knives at an affordable price.

This is a good bread knife. The solid construction makes a sharp blade that cuts easily. The handle is comfortable to hold. I cuts right through crusty bread and is great for tomatoes and citrus as well.

Perfect for College Kid

I purchased this knife for my son's 1st apartment at college. Its durable and sharp, can get through any bread, melon, eggplant (pretty sure he won't be eating that) but you get the idea. Handle is comfortable and fits into any hand.
