Insufficient Block Space

Nice quality knives, but they don’t fit in the block. Only one medium-sized slot in the top portion, but the 6-inch utility and 5.5-inch prep knives both don’t fit into the 3 smaller slots provided. Doesn’t appear to be a manufacturing defect as my block looks exactly like the one pictured here, so seems to just be poor design for this specific set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If I could give a one star, I would. Knives are thin, flimsy, and have no weight to them. I’m genuinely so disappointed. I don’t remember this brand of knives being so cruddy, it feels like I got a knock-off version. My mom owned this brand of knives for my whole life, I don’t know how this could have happened. Don’t purchase, don’t waste your money (and hopes).
