Sharp carving knife

Great Slicing Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the knife to slice our Christmas Rib Roast. I had used various other knives in the past but this knife sliced through the roast like slicing through melted butter.

Zwilling 10" slicer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These stay sharper longer, easy to sharpen when needed, and look great. This can't be beat for slicing larger cuts and poultry. Over the years, I've used Zwilling knives and have settled on the Pro model line as my favorite.

I bought the Zwilling PRO 10" slicing knife to go with my new 17-piece set of PRO knives. In the past I used the 8" version, but I decided to get the longer version this time and am glad I did. This knife is perfect for slicing large cakes with ease. No more having to make shorter cuts because the cake swallows your knife. This one does the job in one clean motion.
