Great Pro series knife that will do all your meat slicing and much more! The newer curved bolster helps with comfort and control. The blade is ice-hardened so is super-sharp, stays sharp and strong, and no rust or chipping. Lasts a lifetime and is also great for melons, squash and all those hard outer crusts or rinds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Zwilling German stainless steel slicer is (and stays) incredibly sharp. No-stain/no chip steel is important for this workhorse...angled bolster for additional leverage while pinch-gripping. Traditional 3-rivet, durable handle won't disappoint.

You can tell that the designers and craftsmen that made this knife put a lot of thought into what they wanted out of a slicing knife. The length is great to be able to get thru large cuts of meat and the handle is very comfortable.

I'm a professional meat cutter. No other knife has the precision and versatility That this knife offers. The flexibility and length provides unmatched trimming than every other knife I have used. Paper thin cuts every time. Stays sharper than the devil's tounge. %100 recommend this knife.
