Use on your pot roast, turkey, pork loin, whole chicken, or what have you. So sharp and the perfect length to slice clean and accurately. I make ham at Easter time, turkey for Thanksgiving, and prime rib for Christmas; not to mention, everything else through the year, and this is the first and only knife I reach for for carving/slicing.

You have to put this knife in your hand to know the difference.
The innovation is in the bolster. The slight rise in the bolster make for a comfortable and professional grip. the blade is long, lean and sharp. Perfect for slicing all roasts and larger vegetables. I use this for perfect watermelon and Honeydew slices. Comfortable grip with a classic three rivet design.
