Sharp for days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby comes sharp out of the box, and just gets sharper once you put it to a whetstone. As soon as I got it, I sliced an onion razor thin and made the best pickled onions in my life. 10/10, would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thinness of the blade is so amazing! My older Wusthof blades seem so thick. It cuts like a dream while being light and well-balanced. And pretty too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the shape of the handle and the how it feels in my hand. I love how it looks especially the blade, I will be looking forward to using this knife for all my prep work. It came very sharp out of the box and I have had a terrific time using chopping herbs and alliums. It feels very well made, I cannot feel that any corners were cut producing this knife. I highly recommend this knife.
