This set of durable knives includes all of the essential pieces for prep work. I love the variety of blades and the luxury of having 8 steak knives included. This set is a great value.

This is a very classic knife design that holds up to this day. They’re really well made forged knives that have a very comfortable handle. These are exactly what you think of when you think “German cutlery”. This 18 piece set makes sure that you will never have to buy another knife again!

Sharp comfortable to use knives. The small bird's beak and trimming knives are hard to find so I was happy they are part of this set. I use at least two or three knives from this set everyday. Steak knives included; this block set has it all.

German quality

I have had this set for years. They still impress me. Stay sharp. The chef knife goes through squash and sweet potatoes easily. Nice and hefty. Definately professional quality. It is a large set, I do have my favorites. I doubt I will ever need to replace them.

Premium German forged knife with traditional three-riveted handle. Block includes excellent assortment with open slots for adding knives of your choosing. Set comes with stamped steak knives, but matching forged ones can be purchased to make set entirely Professional.
