Great set of knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best set of knives I have ever owned!! Beautiful and functional. Love the balance and weight. A little disappointed the steak knives are made in Spain. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my beautiful expensive knife set has scissors stamped Made in China on them. That shouldn’t be.

Love the weight of the knives

Steak knives disappointed - they are NOT Pro S

This is an absolutely beautiful set of knives; however, I was very disappointed the steak knives were the "twin genesis" model and NOT the Pro S model. As part of my initial order, I added an extra set of 4 Pro S streak knives to round out the set, so now I have mis-matched set. In addition the Pro S model is MUCH better quality. For the money, I am disappointed in the steak knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, they are just an incredibly beautiful and well-made knife set. I like the lighter block, so as to provide contrast. And you want to be able to see the knives clearly as they are so, so sharp. I have always wanted a set of Zwilling J.A. Henckels knives after having a used a friends, but just couldn't bring myself to spend the money. But, as I get older, I am wanting the nicer things. And, since we cook so much in our home, they will definitely be used.

Perfect for the home chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend and I cook probably 90% of the food we eat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was finally time to upgrade the knife set to allow us to cook more efficiently and quicker. These knives are amazing, whether it’s to cut the homemade sourdough, going through acorn squash, or a smashing and mincing of garlic, this set is the way to go. We went with the German made compared to China made.

This is my third set of Henckel knives I have purchased. One for me, one for my daughter-in-law, and one for my granddaughter’s wedding gift. They are the best. Solid construction, perfect fit in hand, cuts and slices without hesitation. Proper care guarantees a lifetime of service.
