Just Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a home cook/chef, I wanted a quality knife set that would serve me for years, but did not want the high cost of a truly professional knife set. I tried a competitor’s Gourmet set, but it was too flimsy and lacked the level of quality that I sought.
The Professional S was just right. The knives feel good in the hand, cut extremely well, and feel like they will last a lifetime. The Professional S line seems like a nice balance between quality and price for the serious home chef.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice set of quality knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great professional set of knives with a very thin and sharp body precision cutting. I don’t know the exact blade angle but it feels comparable to some of these sharp Japanese knives I have used in the past.

Overpriced and just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set is exactly that.. OK. I was looking forward to superb quality of a complete set. But I was disappointed to find that although everything (but the fine print) says Made in Germany, a lot of it is not.
Also, for the price, I expected to block to properly fit the knives. But instead it looks like a mismatched set just thrown together on my counter. Disappointed to say the least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
