Bait and switch?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting the entire 18-piece set to be the “Professional” product, but the 8 steak knives are of the lesser-quality “Twin Gourmet” level. Caveat emptor!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these knives to replace a set that did not hold up very well. In comparison, construction of the ZWILLING Professional "S" knives are of much higher quality and they are very sharp. My family noticed the difference immediately and everyone is happy with the purchase. Theses knives are much lighter than my previous set well balanced. Food prep is much more efficient and less frustrating. Very pleased!
