The blades cut smoothly through vegetables and meat precisely and easily! As sharp a set of Knives as I have ever used. So glad to have purchased them. They will last me for years!

Must have for anyone who enjoys cooking

We started talking about upgrading to a professional group of knives because our old collection wasn't cutting the mustard for the amount of cooking we were doing while home and not going to restaurants. This collection came up, and we went to William Sonoma to test them out and fell in love. Two days into using our new collection and we can't imagine cooking without them and are disappointed in ourselves that we hadn't purchased them sooner. Great price and perfect collection to move anyone into a better cooking experience. Thank you.

Company Gift for Service Years
