Staub aficionados will squeal with delight when presented with this pig cocotte. Perfect for preparing a pork loin, for serving pork carnitas, or pulled BBQ pork, or placed alongside your pork roast with an accompanying side dish of baked beans or macaroni and cheese.

I like using this for pork stew. I can get an incredible sear on the meat and vegetables and lfinish in the oven. It's everything you would expect from a Staub cast iron- Collector piece.

A great pig cocotte

Such a fun piece to have in your kitchen, this is the perfect cocotte for serving anything pork related, whether that’s pulled pork, bacon wrapped chestnuts, this cast iron pieces is perfect for sauces, braising meat, and with the enameling you don’t have to worry about seasoning after use. The graphite is a great color on this piece, and definitely a statement cocotte to have in any kitchen.

One of my favorite pieces of Staub, I love it! It is a great dinner party dish to take from the oven to the table. It is a good size for side dishes and you can make ahead, store in the fridge then take it out when ready to bake. It is so pretty and unique.
