Truly outstanding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is smaller than I expected - woulda been easily remedied by looking at a ruler. But it turns out I love the size (I do have rather small hands). The birch is breathtaking, but moreover, it makes for a light and perfectly balanced knife. It feels like an extension of your hand and makes prep work a joy. It is sharper than my mother’s tongue - which is to say it will hurt you if you don’t know how to handle it. Honestly the most pleasurable knife experience I’ve ever had. I’m cutting things that don’t need to be cut. I have loads of paper thin grape slivers and brunoisette carrots in case anyone needs some. Don’t think twice on this knife. You need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a birchwood as a gift for a colleague a couple years ago and have been jealous ever since. Finally decided to reward myself and grab a couple for myself. Beautiful as ever and so sharp. Makes easy work of any prep job. Great middle of the road size for when a chef's knife is a little too much for the job but a paring just won't do. Goldilocks knife for veg prep.
