This knife collection is made in three pieces and welded together. It has a pretty and modern appearance, with some texture on the handle to help reduce slippage. It does have a nice balanced weight.

This 5 inch serrated utility knife has a fully forged bolster which helps increase durability. It is great for citrus fruits (lemons, limes, oranges) and tomatoes. The handle is very comfortable and the blade is sharp, while boasting a beautiful modern look. Great value!

I love this knife and call it my tomato knife. But really, it has so many uses that you will want to keep it close at hand for easy retrieval when working in the kitchen. It is good for all the fruits and vegetables with tough outer skin and a soft interior.

So many uses in the kitchen. Most people just think to use this for bread but its wonderful to slice anything that has a hard exterior and soft interior, think melons, eggplants or even cucumber. The handle will not get slippery when wet, it has a brushed steel and it very comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The sleek serrations of this all stainless knife make for easy cutting of items with a firm exterior and soft interior. Ideal for tomatoes, citrus fruit, crusty baguettes, etc. Contoured handle is hollow with good weight and balance and forged bolster for added control. Dishwasher safe.
