What a knife should feel like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used this knife was to cut up fruit for my daughter. It was so sharp I swear it took less time to slice strawberries. I’m thrilled with the purchase.

A paring knife is an essential tool in the kitchen, and I researched a long time, and tried many different blades before I purchased this knife. Love the way it feels in my hand, easy to hold and really feels like an extension of my hand. Fits like a glove.
The blade stays nice and sharp, and is easy to maintain. So far all I've had to do is hone the blade, and it is as sharp as the day I brought it home. Looking forward to purchasing additional knives from this line!
