Great knives but subject to chipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite knife. I have many Miyabi kaizen knives and have consistently been happy with them. Very easy to use. Only issue is they chip when thrown into the sink, which children often do.

Best knife ever!

This, and the Myabi chef knife are my go-to knifes. They are fantastic! It cuts like a dream and is very easy to handle- perfect size. Besides a bread knife, I don't need any other knives. I love these Myabi knives so much, I bought them when I moved out of a shared housing arrangement where my housemates had them.
