Excellent addition to my knife collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crafting of this knife is excellent. I really enjoy cooking with this knife. The handling is good, it's very sharp and great for chopping. I really love how the water drips off the knife after washing it. I highly recommend this knife.

My entire set of knives needs to be replaced, so I could not be happier to chop with this beauty. Trying to cook at home more often and this has made our thin sliced everything that much more delicious!

Bought this knife on a whim. Had not used one before and wanted a new everyday knife. This style knife is perfect for slicing, dicing, mincing. The wide blade comes in very handy when scooping up chopped vegetables. No hand fatigue with this knife. I could chop for hours with this knife.
