Great Knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife works great and is perfect for chopping vegetables. It has more length than my santoku which is great, and gives some good variety. Most of my knife work in the kitchen is now covered by this and my chef's knives.

Incredibly sharp and well balanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is so sharp that the knife had already cut through some fruit i was cutting before I even noticed. It's well balanced so it allows for more control and consistency with my cuts all with less fatigue on my hand and wrist.
