Great vegetable knife

I love using this knife because it cuts mound of vegetables without a problem and I like how the blade is a rectangle shape so that I can use that to move the vegetables from the cutting board to the pan in one move. It also creates a big surface to smash garlic cloves, which I put in almost everything I make.The handle is comfortable and I like how this is a little more lightweight so that I don't get tired as quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great chopping knife, but it is not limited to just vegetables and fruits. It will take on most (all?) cubing, dicing, slicing, mincing jobs in a kitchen. Excellent weight and balance. Worth every penny.
The Gourmet line is a very good line of stamped knives. They are manufactured under tight controls and precise standards at Zwilling’s factory in Solingen, Germany. They have a full tang, running from the tip to the heel of the handle making these knives sturdy and stable. The comfortable handle is solid without being heavy.
Because the composition of the steel, these knives will stay sharp and responsive with every cut. Keep the blades honed, sharpen once or twice a year and you will enjoy them each time you use them. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash to keep it looking new.

I love my nakiri for all the vegetable tasks! You can whip through a cucumber or carrots like a professional with this knife. It is a great size and is super comfortable in my hand. I love kitchen tools that my my task easier, and this is definitely one of those.

The nakiri is one of my favorite knives and I love the size of this one. It fits comfortably in my hand and I feel like i have a lot of control. I use for most all vegetables and for cutting up large mellons.

Great knife to use for melons and root vegetable chopping. The wide blade serves as a scoop for easy delivery of the slices to a bowl for serving or pan for cooking. Comfortable handle and strong German made blade ensures precise slicing and comfortable use.

Ive always wanted to try a Nakiri knife but was always wary of the price jump into Japanese cutlery. Finally an affordable option. The German stainless steel is very sharp and nice and thin, giving me thin even slices. I love the logo on the handle. I am very happy with my choice.
