Super sharp knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using a Nakiri knife and I love it. This knife is balanced, the weight is in the perfect place, not too forward heavy or back heavy and with that its easy to control. I like how it's right in the middle between a Santoku and a cleaver. I cut my onions into paper thin slices.. enough said.

My favorite kitchen tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife! I have other beautiful Japanese knives but this is the one that I go to most often. It’s very lightweight and easy to use. The blade is always nice and sharp works great for cutting up vegetables and meat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect knife for what it is designed for. Cutting vegetables, and doing it well with minimal effort. I have several other knives by this company so I was confident it would be a quality blade before ordering online. I was not disappointed. Razor sharp edge, comfortable in the hand, and a convenient size. I would recommend one for every kitchen. But, don’t let the shape fool you. Just because it looks like a small cleaver, don’t use it like one. It’s a thin blade made for slicing, not chopping frozen meat or bone.
