Super thin blade and ideal profile for chopping vegetables and intricate cutting. Not as intimidating as the Chinese Vegetable Cleaver. Still wide enough to use for scraping items up off cutting board.

Great Nakiri

This is a great cleaver blade to use. Since the Gourmet is stamped, it’s not as expensive as the Zwilling Pro, but it has a lot of the same great qualities, like the same high carbon steel and the steel is also ice hardened which makes it more durable and sharper than standard stamped knives. Great blade for chopping.

Half size of vegetable cleaver!

When a customer asked me, "what is the use of Nakiri knife?' My response is, "it is one of the most versatile knife you should have". Rather than using a wide vegetable cleaver, this Nakiri delivers the same function and stability in your hand.

Nice and Narrow

This Nakiri is narrower than the other Zwilling Nakiri's, so it can be used for almost any project you would use a 8" chef for. Ultra sharp - gets through even the toughest vegetables.
