I love the balanced weight, the feel in the hand as well as the fine cutting surface. It's already become one of my favorite kitchen tools!

Got this knife because I've been needing a new kitchen knife I cut potatoes with it first and it was like cutting butter it was amazing. This knife is amazing

Very lightweight and sharp. Cuts really well. The only issue I have is the packaging was a little poor but there 2qs no damage to the knife so there's no problem
