Amazing Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is so light that I barely have to apply pressure to get it to cut through my produce. Being at my cutting board now brings me so much joy! A fine product. I’ll have to look into purchasing the other knives in the line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect knife for what it is designed for. Cutting vegetables, and doing it well with minimal effort. I have several other knives by this company so I was confident it would be a quality blade before ordering online. I was not disappointed. Razor sharp edge, comfortable in the hand, and a convenient size. I would recommend one for every kitchen. But, don’t let the shape fool you. Just because it looks like a small cleaver, don’t use it like one. It’s a thin blade made for slicing, not chopping frozen meat or bone.

Great all-rounder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received one as a gift some time ago, subsequently lost (!) - just had to go out and buy a new one - it’s a great, incredibly sharp and useful knife that seems to come in handy just about any time you prepare anything. Highly recommended

My favorite kitchen tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife! I have other beautiful Japanese knives but this is the one that I go to most often. It’s very lightweight and easy to use. The blade is always nice and sharp works great for cutting up vegetables and meat

Super sharp knife

This knife is balanced, the weight is in the perfect place, not too forward heavy or back heavy and with that its easy to control. I like how it's right in the middle between a Santoku and a cleaver. I cut my onions into paper thin slices.. enough said.
