[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife felt *right* when I took it out of the box. Comfortable and well-balanced. Slices easily through veggies. My first nakiri and I really enjoy the ability to slice all the way through without rocking the knife.

Beautiful cutting instrument

Preparation is important and so are your tools and this knife is exquisite. Not to heavy and balanced let’s me cut with incredible precision this is my new work horse once I pick it up I hardly ever need to use another knife. Great piece and very versatile I recommend it to anyone who loves cooking as I do.
