Great Construction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 6.5" Nakiri knife is full Tang with a very sturdy build. The weight behind the knife allows for less pressure to be used when slicing. At least for me, I found the length to be a great balance between precision and usefulness. I do wish that the handle was a bit longer as it is a tight fit for me.

Quality Knife at a great price!

Having worked with many chef friends, I asked them to help me find a knife that was well crafted, without breaking the bank. This Nakiri knife was the highest recommended. When it came in the mail, I was blown away! First of all, the presentation of the box it was stored in screams high quality! The balance was great amd the edge was super sharp. With a simple honing before use, this knife has maintained its edge amazingly. I’m sold! Can’t wait for my next ZWILLING purchase!
