Amazingly Sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have done tons of research trying to determine which knife set we wanted/was best. This knife was given to us as a gift, and sealed our decision. It is incredibly sharp, moves through raw chicken during meal prep like it’s paper. I cannot wait until we receive the rest of the knife set to accompany this one!
