Excellent, useful kitchen tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Zwilling knives for years. They are quality excellent knives, easy to use, very durable and take and keep a sharp edge. This makes them safer to use than a dull knife. This new addition to my collection nicely fills a need for a small cleaver.
