[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very well built knife and I should know being a knife collector for over 50 years. The construction of this knife is of the very best materials. I love slicing and dicing with this knife which is what this knife was constructed to do. It is money well spent. I am sure it will be passed down for generations. This knife was built to last! Just make sure that you hand wash only. This great gourmet knife was not intended to be placed in to the dishwasher. I highly recommend this knife for serious chefs or any person who appreciates quality kitchen cutlery! Enjoy :-)
