The Start of a Beautiful Work Relationship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just started using this knife for work. Thus far I have used it on butter, carrots, and pancetta; it's worked beautifully on all of them. So far looks like the start of a beautiful work relationship. There's a great likelihood the knife's ratings will be going up the more I use it.

Gorgeous knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The presentation of this knife is beautiful and the box with the magnetic closure keeps it safe. The blade sliced through dozens of cherry tomatoes, zucchini and peppers so smoothly. Cutting yams was a bit more difficult but I was able to slice them fairly thin before popping them into the air fryer to make yam chips. Definitely a high quality knife.
