[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start? It fits the hand well, and nicely balanced. The edge is razor sharp. i have several of the Zwilling "Classic" group and thought they were awesome until I got this one. just holding it is a pleasure.

Quality Knife at a great price!

Having worked with many chef friends, I asked them to help me find a knife that was well crafted, without breaking the bank. This Nakiri knife was the highest recommended. When it came in the mail, I was blown away! First of all, the presentation of the box it was stored in screams high quality! The balance was great amd the edge was super sharp. With a simple honing before use, this knife has maintained its edge amazingly. I’m sold! Can’t wait for my next ZWILLING purchase!
