Beautiful cutting instrument

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a father who does the cooking at home. I enjoy creating different meals and experimenting with different foods. Preparation is important and so are your tools and this knife is exquisite. Not to heavy and balanced let’s me cut with incredible precision this is my new work horse once I pick it up I hardly ever need to use another knife. Great piece and very versatile I recommend it to anyone who loves cooking as I do.
