An excellent knife! Has become my go to for almost all things in the prep work part of cooking. Simply simple, effective and just an amazing tool to have at my disposal. My only regret is that it has taken me so long to get this knife.

Best budget knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the overall feel and balance of the knife. Not too heavy to cause fatigue during long cooking sessions. The blade feels solid but not sure how long the edge will keep. We definently buy one again.

Best blade I own for delicate vegetable prep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this blade is simple but incredibly sharp once you get a good edge on it it can slice through anything and I think it can outperform any tomato knife in the tomato test.

You can feel the quality of the knife the second you take it out of the box. It is well made, well balance and super sharp. Chopping vegetables with this knife is a breeze! Another great Zwilling knife added to my collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this knife via Chris Kimball's Facebook page. I bought 2 - 1 as a gift and 1 for myself. It is balanced and works very well on all types of foods, small and large, thin skinned and thick. BUT the blade on the one I opened is scratched and scuffed along the cutting edge. I hope the other one I'm giving as a gift is in perfect condition. Tried to take photos but they didn't turn out very well. Not sure if I'll recommend this knife.
