I've worked in kitchens for years and now I feel like I have finally found a great addition to my personal kitchen without sacrificing a daily sharpening or my wallet

The best cutting knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was satisfied with a regular store bought knife until I found this Nakiri knife! It cuts to perfection. It is light enough yet produces precision cuts. Im not a chef, but I am a single mother of 3 who cooks almost daily. I use this to cut fruits, fish and soy based immitation meats! And I have to say I absolutely love this knife!
