Great knife, I use it every day for everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never used a nakiri before this. I like the slight curve in the beginning as I am used to rocking the knife a lot back and forth.
My friends and family are always impressed when they also pick up the knife (usually to cut something casually) and are always pleasantly surprised by the comfort and weight of the handle.
I can use it for delicate things like peeling fruit and cutting through thicker pieces of meat with ease and no worries of hurting myself b/c of an unsharp knife.

Best knife for almost everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nigiri knife is exceptional in every way. I love the way that it feels in my hand and is perfect for cutting vegetables. The balance of the knife is excellent and the sharpness maintains for an extremely long period of time. I could not be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product and right of the box the edge of the blade was perfectly sharp an has held its edge through many meal preps!! Would hands down buy this knife again, along with other products from this company!!
