[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will first say that it is a well made product. The total composition of the from tip to bolster is an example of a decent chef knife. The one fault I would have is that the knife is to light. I truly believe that it is perfect for those getting acquainted with the kitchen.

I highly recommend this product.
