Browning, heat retention, self-basting, evenly cooks, handles are ergonomically easy to use. I love using this piece so much I bought another. The 3.5 quart brazier. My favorites.

I can’t say positive things about this bec I had white similar as this it broke in dishwasher over time so they are easy to be broken I need baking stuff knowing they easily break

My recent purchase of a cast iron French Dutch Oven is my first in the Staub product line. Absolutely love it!
The grenadine color option was so unique online and even more stunning whether in prep on my gas stove or in service atop my table. The pamphlet on proper care is written with clarity. My first use proved its design leads to a tasty meal. Cleanup was a breeze. I will certainly consider purchasing Staub products in the future. Extremely pleased.

Beautiful set!

Love this cookware set! It is a ceramic with a beautiful enamel glaze. I purchased the citron yellow color. The yellow is like a soft lemon color for anyone interested. This set is so easy to clean with the versatility of being able to wash in the dishwasher. It is the perfect size for a family of 2 or 3. The two smaller dishes are the perfect size for small casseroles with the largest covered square dish perfect for a deeper layered dish like lasagna.

First Staub

This was my first Staub andmy first thought was did I wait to get the first one?! It had great heat distribution and retention. The color is gorgeous and it makes my happy to see it on my stove. The dish I prepared required high to low temps, and I had to take it off the heat while the burner cooled to low (1960s cast iron burners can retain heat too - LOL). With the heat retention, there was no interruption to the cooking. The dish came out great and i was so pleased with the performance. The size is perfect for how I cook for a family of two who likes leftovers. Still nervous about the enamel coming from metal/iron pans. It will just be a learning process, and keeping husband with his steel pads away from it. 8)

This Staub ceramic baking set is fantastic quality, exactly what you’d expect from the brand. The pieces feel sturdy and bake evenly, and the different sizes are perfect for a single person or a couple — not too big, not too small. I do wish the white colorway looked a little more refined, though; it comes across a bit dull compared to Staub’s other finishes. Still, for performance and practicality, this set is a great addition to any small kitchen.
