[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is perfect for peeling and chopping anything that doesn't require a larger knife. It is very sharp and has remained so in the few weeks I have had it. I like the feel of the handle and the 4" size- perfect for multiple cutting tasks in the kitchen. My new go to knife!

Perfect paring knife!
