Great useful small knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one I’ve bought because I like it so much. Useful for paring, slicing and dicing without getting a big knife out. Handle is comfortable and cleans up well. Good quality for the price.

This is a really nice go-to paring knife to have in the kitchen. It has a great weight and balance and boasts superior German quality. The ergonomic, three-rivet handle is comfortable to grip along with the short but full bolster for optimal control while cutting. The durable blade stays super sharp for a long time, making it easy to tackle smaller prep tasks.

Not what I expected. Blade was thin and flexible, not rigid. The one that this replaced was the same thickness from end to end. The edge, while sharp, leaves quite a bit to be desired. If you still make the model 10220 I would gladly purchase it
