Every kitchen needs a great paring knife and this one fits the bill. The knife is made from German stainless steel so durable for the long haul. Handle is smooth and fits comfortable into any hand, giving you complete control. The blade is narrow making detail work easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a wonderful knife. For years I’ve been looking for a knife such as this. If you want to cut your kitchen prep time and a half, use this knife. You will not be disappointed. It is great for slicing through fruit in a jiffy.
