It gets up evenly and cooks evenly. Easy to wash and care for. Feels very sturdy and well made. They stand behind their products and honor their warranty with no hesitation. Thank you.

This is the first pan that I have used that was not non-stick, but food barely stuck to the pan! It worked as well as the non-stick pan I used before but I don’t have to worry about the non-stick wearing off. I’m very happy I chose this brand after much research. I was really nervous to cook with a stainless steel pan due to my lack of experience but switching has been a breeze with this pan!
