Great pan fir cooking chicken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for cooking a family size dinner chicken breasts, already oiled and seasoned. On high heat for 3 minutes each side and then in oven at 400 for 6 minutes. Take out and back on the stove mid heat butter and lemon juice added. Add melted butter on the chicken and then plate. Wait for 5 minutes and serve. The pan handles the quantity well. Not too heavy and washes with great ease. Fantastic product.

Heavy bottomed, sturdy pan

Pan offers a lot of surface area for cooking and love that the handles remain cool unlike a lot of other steel frying pans.

Great 1st stainless steel fry pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great SS pan. I mainly use it for revere searing sous vide steaks. Makes a great crust. I've also used it for chicken and pork chops. There was a little bit of a learning curve coming from my carbon steel pans but worth the effort in reducing maintenance and clean up time.
